Richelle Sammons

Richelle Sammons is a Licensed Title Agent and President of Monarch Title Services, LLC. She has built her career providing service excellence to her customers, with over 28 years in the legal/real estate industry. Richelle spent 6 years as a Legal Assistant working with seniors in Estate Planning (including legal document preparation for Trusts, Special Needs Trusts and Real Estate Trusts), Probate Estates and Guardianship Administration, Financial Planning and Medicaid/Nursing Home Planning. She also assisted in facilitating the opening of two new offices in Indianapolis, Indiana and Lebanon, Ohio.

In 1998, Richelle began her career in the Title business working for three title companies before opening Monarch Title Services, LLC in April 2006. Richelle reviews and underwrites all Title Commitments and Title Policies, prior to issuance. Additionally, she is responsible for compliance and audits from Government, State and Underwriter authorities. She enjoys sitting down with first-time homebuyers and sharing the overwhelming yet exciting process of purchasing their first home. After all, isn’t that the American Dream? Shaking the trembling hand of that first time homebuyer, as they are handed the keys to their first home is a heart and eye swelling experience for her! Her positive attitude, open mind, friendly smile, and desire to follow through on her word, makes her a successful and trusted resource to many real estate professionals.

Richelle lives in Centerburg with her husband and son. She enjoys flower gardening, anything outdoors, trapshooting, hunting, any sporting event that her son plays and down-time with her family and friends.
