Karie Rittenour

Karie Rittenour has been a valuable contract closing agent for Monarch since 2020. With over 29 years of successful home selling and notary closing, Karie can handle the most complicated transactions. She was the manager and Agent Liaison for RE/MAX Achievers in Westerville and Dublin. Karie was recognized as RE/MAX Northern and Central Ohio Administrative Manager of the Year (2005) and is also a State of Ohio Notary Closing Agent. After attending The Ohio State University in Industrial Design, she joined forces with new homebuilder, Ryland Homes. She was trained through The Pathway of Champions, for new home selling, in Columbia, Maryland. Karie furthered her education by receiving her Real Estate license and joined RE/MAX Achievers.
